During your initial consultation, we will discuss your health history, goals, and any current symptoms you're experiencing. I’ll review your bloodwork (if available) and begin formulating a protocol that is tailored specifically to your needs. A 15-minute initial consultation is free and allows us to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Do I need to get bloodwork done before starting?
While having recent bloodwork is incredibly helpful in providing tailored recommendations, it’s not always necessary for everyone. If you don’t have bloodwork available, we can work from symptoms and lifestyle factors to begin creating a protocol. However, for the most accurate and effective protocol, bloodwork is encouraged.
Can I follow this program while working with another healthcare provider?
Absolutely. My protocols are designed to complement, not replace, the care you’re receiving from other healthcare providers. I believe in a collaborative approach to health, and I’m happy to work alongside your doctor or other specialists.
Do you offer ongoing support after the initial consultation?
Yes. I provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure you stay on track with your protocol and make adjustments as needed. This support can include follow-up consultations, email support, and regular check-ins depending on your chosen plan.
Can you help with weight loss?
While weight loss isn’t the primary focus of my protocols, many clients experience healthy, sustainable weight loss as a result of addressing underlying health issues like hormone imbalances, inflammation, or gut health problems. The goal is to optimise overall wellness, and weight management can be a natural outcome.
